However, these actions can escalate into abusive patterns and potentially lead to severe violence. Many adolescents hesitate to report unhealthy dynamics due to fear of disclosing their experiences to family and friends.
The prevalence of teen dating violence is concerning, as highlighted by the CDC's Youth Risk Behavior Survey in 2021, which revealed alarming statistics among U.S. high school students who had been in a relationship within the previous year. We are committed to fostering healthy behaviors that lead to stronger relationships. Parents, educators, and community members all play a vital role in positively influencing children and young adults. We share this responsibility and are focused on raising awareness and providing education about Teen Dating Violence (TDV) to foster healthy futures. Many teenagers, on the cusp of adulthood, deserve our support as they navigate significant events like Prom and Homecoming, showcasing their potential as valuable members of society.
We are actively seeking out remarkable teenagers who demonstrate exceptional commitment to their schools, communities, and peers. These inspiring individuals will be recognized as Homecoming Heroes or recipients of the Operation Prom Prosperity award, highlighting their significant contributions to community engagement, school spirit, and their heartfelt support for family and friends.
Their dedication not only enriches their own lives but also serves as a powerful motivation for others to participate and make a difference. By celebrating these outstanding teens, we aim to foster a culture of involvement and inspire a ripple effect of positive change within our communities.

On top of the program winners, Ally's Angels are out and about undercover during the Prom and Homecoming seasons, selecting couples at the restaurant's they visit and paying for their dinners.

Nominations are excepted for a one week period, a month prior to the start of each event, via the OPP or HH event registration pages, normally the first week of April and September. "Nomination Week" dates and submission form link will be posted on this page and our social media closer to each events average time frame.
The OPP & HH program is currently open to all Colorado High School Students. You can nominate friends or yourself. Be prepared to answer a number of questions on the what and why the person should be honored as a program recipient.

- Must be currently enrolled in a Colorado High School
- Ally Remembered Foundation will determine an overall amount of winners dependent on available earmarked program funds
- High School can be public or private
- We ask, but not required all participants take our Pledge Against TDV
- Fully complete the Nomination Form (when active) Incomplete nominations will not be considered.
